🔄 Returns
We accept returns on most items within 7 to 30 days of delivery, depending on the brand or supplier’s return policy. If you need to start a return, just reach out—we’ll walk you through the process.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

Include all original packaging and tags

Not be a gift card or final sale item
Some suppliers may charge a 10–15% restocking fee for non-defective returns. If you're unsure about the return window for a specific item, just contact us at info@revelsofa.com.
🚚 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it.

We'll arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you
Most of our suppliers offer free returns for damaged or defective products, so we’ll handle the issue quickly and hassle-free.
🔁 Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept exchanges for non-defective items. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at info@revelsofa.com.
🛠 Warranty Info
All products sold by Revel Sofa are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Warranty coverage varies by brand and product but typically includes protection against defects in materials or craftsmanship. Regular wear and tear is not covered.
