We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking information and an estimated arrival date once your item ships.

For large furniture pieces like sectionals, beds, and dining tables, we offer White Glove Delivery & Assembly for just $100. Available during checkout, this premium service includes:

• In-home delivery and unpacking
• Placement in your room of choice
• Carrying up to two flights of stairs
• Onsite professional assembly
• Full cleanup and debris removal

We do our best to get your items to you on time. While we provide estimated delivery dates, please note:

• All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays due to shipping carriers or third-party vendors may occasionally occur and are outside our control
• Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon carrier pickup — once a tracking number is assigned, the carrier is responsible for the shipment
• If an item is backordered, we'll notify you immediately and ship as soon as it's available

If your item is backordered and you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time prior to shipment by contacting us in writing at info@revelsofa.com.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@revelsofa.com or (323) 510-1178.

After 24 hours, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or modified. All orders are non-cancellable once fulfillment has begun, regardless of when the request is made. If a cancellation is approved after the 24-hour window at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee of 15% of the order total will apply.
