Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@revelsofa.com or (323) 510-1178.

After 24 hours, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or modified. All orders are non-cancellable once fulfillment has begun, regardless of when the request is made. If a cancellation is approved after the 24-hour window at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee of 15% of the order total will apply.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@revelsofa.com β€” we'll guide you through the process.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Not be a gift card or final sale item

Final sale and non-returnable items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for non-defective items. A restocking fee may apply depending on the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll take care of it. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@revelsofa.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. Reports submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you for verified manufacturer defects or carrier damage reported within the required window.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for non-defective items. If you'd like a different piece, return your original item within the return window (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@revelsofa.com.

Warranty

All Revel Sofa products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. Coverage typically includes defects in materials or craftsmanship and varies by brand and product. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

For warranty support after the return period, contact us at info@revelsofa.com and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
