We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We currently ship only within the United States. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking information and an estimated arrival date once your item ships. All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees
Delays due to shipping carriers or third-party vendors may occasionally occur and are outside our control
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon carrier pickup — once a tracking number is assigned, the carrier is responsible for the shipment

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@revelsofa.com or (323) 510-1178.

After 24 hours, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or modified. All orders are non-cancellable once fulfillment has begun, regardless of when the request is made. If a cancellation is approved after the 24-hour window at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 15% of the order total will apply.

Returns

Final sale and non-returnable items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for non-defective items. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns of non-defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll take care of it. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@revelsofa.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. Reports submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you, including return shipping, for verified manufacturer defects or carrier damage reported within the required window.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for non-defective items. If you'd like a different piece, return your original item within the return window (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

All Revel Sofa products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. Coverage typically includes defects in materials or craftsmanship and varies by brand and product. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
