Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@revelsofa.com — we'll guide you through the process.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Not be a gift card or final sale item

Final sale and non-returnable items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for non-defective items. A restocking fee may apply depending on the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll take care of it. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@revelsofa.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. Reports submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you for verified manufacturer defects or carrier damage reported within the required window.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for non-defective items. If you'd like a different piece, return your original item within the return window (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Marlow runs 102.4 inches across and seats four, upholstered in a plush corduroy with the ribbed texture that gives the fabric its depth. Underneath is a solid wood frame with sinuous springs and foam, which is what keeps a deep seat from bottoming out.

The matching ottoman is not fixed in place. Slide it to one end for a chaise, pull it out as a separate footrest or use it on its own as extra seating. The backrest is removable too, so the sofa can sit low and lounge-like or upright and conventional.
