Standard shipping: free on every order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We currently ship only within the United States.

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your item ships, you will get tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also check your order status on our order tracking page.

• Handling time: Typically 2 to 3 business days
• Transit time: Typically 3 to 5 business days
• Large furniture (sofas, bed frames, sectionals) ships by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment, which is sometimes 1 to 2 weeks out.

White glove delivery and assembly: $150 flat rate

For large furniture pieces like sectionals, beds and dining tables, we offer white glove delivery and assembly for just $150. Add it during checkout. This service includes:

• In-home delivery and unpacking
• Placement in your room of choice
• Carrying up to two flights of stairs
• Onsite professional assembly
• Full cleanup and debris removal

Let us handle the heavy lifting so you can sit back and enjoy your new space. No tools, no stress.

Availability: White glove delivery is available on qualifying items and in select delivery areas. If your order qualifies, the option appears at checkout.

Delivery estimates and backorders

We do our best to get your items to you on time. While we provide estimated delivery dates, please note:

• All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
• Delays due to shipping carriers or third-party vendors may occasionally occur and are outside our control.
• Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon carrier pickup. Once a tracking number is assigned, the carrier is responsible for the shipment.
• If an item is backordered, we will notify you immediately and ship as soon as it is available.

If your item is backordered and you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time prior to shipment by contacting us in writing at info@revelsofa.com.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@revelsofa.com or (628) 277-8959.

After 24 hours, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or modified. All orders are non-cancellable once fulfillment has begun, regardless of when the request is made. If a cancellation is approved after the 24-hour window at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 15% of the order total will apply.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.

If something arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Here is how returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty claims work.

• Visible shipping damage? Note it on the delivery receipt and email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• File any damage or defect claim, or return request, within 14 days of delivery.
• For verified defects or carrier damage, return shipping is free and we arrange a replacement or refund.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
• We do not offer exchanges for non-defective items.

Returns

We accept returns for damaged or defective items only. We can't accept returns of non-defective items, including returns for a change of mind, color, size, or fit. Please check the dimensions, materials, and your doorway and hallway measurements before you order, and contact us at info@revelsofa.com with any questions before you buy.

Gift cards are not returnable.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll take care of it. Please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@revelsofa.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. For any other damage or defect, file your claim or return request within 14 days of delivery. Reports submitted after these windows may not be eligible for a claim.

We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you, including return shipping, for verified manufacturer defects or carrier damage reported within the required windows.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for non-defective items. For a verified defect or carrier damage, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once your return of a damaged or defective item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@revelsofa.com.

Warranty

All Revel Sofa products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. Coverage typically includes defects in materials or craftsmanship and varies by brand and product. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

For warranty support beyond the 14-day claim window, contact us at info@revelsofa.com and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
