Standard Shipping — Free & Fast
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking information and an estimated arrival date once your item ships.
Estimated Timelines
Handling Time: Typically 2–3 business days
Small / Medium Items: 4–7 business days transit
Large Furniture (sofas, bed frames, sectionals): 1–2 weeks transit

Delivery Estimates & Backorders
We do our best to get your items to you on time. While we provide estimated delivery dates, please note:
- All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays due to shipping carriers or third-party vendors may occasionally occur and are outside our control
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon carrier pickup — once a tracking number is assigned, the carrier is responsible for the shipment
- If an item is backordered, we'll notify you immediately and ship as soon as it's available

Order Cancellations

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@revelsofa.com — we'll guide you through the process.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Not be a gift card or final sale item
Final sale and non-returnable items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for non-defective items. A restocking fee may apply depending on the item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll take care of it. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@revelsofa.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. Reports submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you for verified manufacturer defects or carrier damage reported within the required window.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for non-defective items. If you'd like a different piece, return your original item within the return window (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@revelsofa.com.
Warranty
All Revel Sofa products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. Coverage typically includes defects in materials or craftsmanship and varies by brand and product. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
For warranty support after the return period, contact us at info@revelsofa.com and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Naveen is a modular linen sectional built for lounging rather than sitting upright. Deep seats, down-blend cushions and pillow-top arms sit on a composite wood frame, and the pieces come apart so the layout follows the room instead of fighting it.
It comes in ivory or gray, in four configurations. The three ivory layouts run from a compact 3-seat up to a 5-seat, and the gray layout is a seven-piece set that includes an ottoman.

Deep 35-inch seats and a 12-inch back height put this closer to a daybed than a formal sofa, and loose cushions can be flipped as they wear rather than sagging in one spot.
