If a cancellation is approved after the 24-hour window at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee of 15% of the order total will apply.

Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition
Include all original packaging and tags
Not be a gift card or final sale item

Final sale and non-returnable items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for non-defective items. A restocking fee may apply depending on the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you for verified manufacturer defects or carrier damage reported within the required window.
