Modern furniture. Delivered with care. We believe furniture shopping should be as effortless as possible — that's why we offer fast, reliable shipping across the U.S., and the option to add White Glove Delivery & Assembly for a stress-free experience.
Standard Shipping — Free & Fast
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We currently ship only within the United States. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking information and an estimated arrival date once your item ships. You can also check your order status on our order tracking page.

Handling Time: Typically 2–3 business days
Transit Time: Typically 3–5 business days
Large Furniture (sofas, bed frames, sectionals) ships by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment, and that appointment is sometimes scheduled 1–2 weeks out.
White Glove Delivery & Assembly — $150 Flat Rate
For large furniture pieces like sectionals, beds, and dining tables, we offer White Glove Delivery & Assembly for just $150. Available during checkout, this premium service includes:
- In-home delivery and unpacking
- Placement in your room of choice
- Carrying up to two flights of stairs
- Onsite professional assembly
- Full cleanup and debris removal

Delivery Estimates & Backorders
We do our best to get your items to you on time. While we provide estimated delivery dates, please note:
- All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays due to shipping carriers or third-party vendors may occasionally occur and are outside our control
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon carrier pickup — once a tracking number is assigned, the carrier is responsible for the shipment
- If an item is backordered, we'll notify you immediately and ship as soon as it's available
If your item is backordered and you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time prior to shipment by contacting us in writing at info@revelsofa.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@revelsofa.com or (323) 510-1178.
After 24 hours, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or modified. All orders are non-cancellable once fulfillment has begun, regardless of when the request is made. If a cancellation is approved after the 24-hour window at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 15% of the order total will apply.

- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility for non-defective items. If your item is defective, you do not pay return shipping.

- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
- We do not offer direct exchanges for non-defective items.
Order Cancellations

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@revelsofa.com — we'll guide you through the process.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Not be a gift card or final sale item
Final sale and non-returnable items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for non-defective items. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns of non-defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll take care of it. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@revelsofa.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. Reports submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you, including return shipping, for verified manufacturer defects or carrier damage reported within the required window.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for non-defective items. If you'd like a different piece, return your original item within the return window (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@revelsofa.com.
Warranty
All Revel Sofa products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. Coverage typically includes defects in materials or craftsmanship and varies by brand and product. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
For warranty support after the return period, contact us at info@revelsofa.com and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
